Committee Goals
- Develop true leaders among the student-athlete population and improve his or her involvement within the community
- Become mediators between student-athletes and coaches
- Create a strong bond, inclusive culture and promote communication between student-athletes and MHHS
- Build a sense of community within each athletic team
- Gain an accurate view of the role of Captain and team leadership opportunities beyond that coveted role
